Instituto El Faro was started within our local church to equip the believers for the work of the ministry. The end goal is to prepare future ministers of the gospel, whether they serve in the local church or are sent out as pastors or missionaries. We recently moved the institute to a partially online format to have more flexibility in schedules and provide access to more people.
